Running Python GPT 3.5 code both in command line and a partially complete User Interface.

Notes:

1. You will need an API key to run this program. You can find one on the ChatGPT website.
2. This program can run on either Python or Python 3.

To-do:

1. Make the Python program take in input from the input box in the UI and spit out output onto the page.
2. Formatting of the chat interactions between the user and ChatGPT.
