Changes to support the recently released Harmony 20
- Now taking the icon from the application itself if it exists.
- Modified the way the scripts path is found, it should be more reliable.
- Incremented compatibility_dialog_min_version version to support Harmony 20
- Incremented tk-core requirement to v0.19.0 (changed the way the OS platform is detected)
