The Adapter provides a preliminary tool for importing mappings from an Excel Workbook. Please note, this tool has only limited support to configure mappings. All advanced mappings must be done by using the REST API for Administration and Mapping. This kind of import may be replaced by a UI and may not be supported in upcoming versions.
The import can be accessed on http://localhost:8081/app/metadata-sheet
. A user that can modify codes and mappings must be used to authenticate.
An example Excel Workbook (currently beta) for the Immunization Tracker Program is available IMMUNISATION - FHIR Adapter Tracker Program Mapping.
