Two things:

  1. I think I fixed the release-notifier job.
  2. Updated the docs to reflect the latest minor release.

I forgot that I already had a PR opened when I pushed

This now introduces:

  1. A whole slew of documentation changes.
  2. A sub-module for using subscriptions that will push to BigQuery. Which is now a BREAKING CHANGE.
