Add ignoreReason field to SingleResultOption type and display it as a hover tooltip with a ? indicator next to IGNORE results. Shows "(no reason specified)" when no reason is available in the data. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
