--reference-doc is an output parameter, and needs to be passed to the last pandoc invocation, so that the styles get copied from the referenced file. Signed-off-by: Edwin Török <[email protected]>

--reference-docwas accepted but in the wrong place: the argument must be given to the final invocation that creates the.docx.Also metadata (title/subtitle) needs to be preserved somehow, so pass through
--metadata-fileif present.
