This was introduced during refactoring markdown.ts: 40dfe1d

• SQL Fails to insert too many data into sqlite database file https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9527851/sqlite-error-too-many-terms-in-compound-select
• When indexing a folder with 500+ files it fails because of SQL
• This fix batch inserts data into chunks
