The bot launcher loads puppeteer -headless web browser- in first time.
After that, an webpack-bundled javascript file that compiled from typescript will be injected that headless host.
At the same time, the launcher starts RESTful api server that combined with database server for CRUDs player's data.
This structures are not implemented yet :D
