logger.i등을 통해 찍는 로그가 유실되는 현상 #1

예를 들면 onGameStart 같은 이벤트의 로그는 찍히지만
onPlayerJoin은 안나오는 중

각 모듈에서 로거를 호출하지 않고 global.d와 bot.ts로 옮기는 것을 시도해 볼 예정
