The protos has a new shape now, refactor introduced here: dapr/durabletask-protobuf#32
In order for this refactor to be supported we need to change a bit the way the protos are generated here to import things properly.
I noticed the protos were also being imported in the python-sdk because the
schedule_new_orchestrationwas accepting a protos object in one of the arguments, and it shouldn't because the protos are meant to be internal use only, so I changed it to use an exported class instead.
