Global Settings
The ANMLViewer tool can be customized by altering some of the settings in the js/ViewerSettings.js file. When the page is reloaded, it will display the graph according to settings as provided by this file.
All the customizable colors are intuitively named and are represented by a hex string. Their corresponding rgb code is commented at the end of the same line. There are numerous tools online for converting colors to hex strings, such as this one by W3Schools.
For default numbers such as size or scale, the range of the corresponding slider is shown in a comment at the end of the same line. For example, the default value of the 'Node Size' slider is 25 and the range of the slider is 0 to 57 as defined in VASimVis.cc. NOTE: the position of the slider will not change from 25 on page load unless this value is changed in the C++ file. However, changing the default value in global settings will have an effect when a new graph is loaded. The slider itself and the onscreen look will both be changed.
