This is a work in progress, proof of concept, implementation of SLURM per-job fabric configuration (such as e.g. formation of job-specific Infiniband partitions). The initial targets for the proof of concept is Infiniband fabrics but it could potentially expand to e.g. Ethernet VLANs.
