Summary & Motivation
Not sure if this is the best way to do this or if something similar already exists that i couldn't find. But i need a way to add a run, run an iteration of the backfill daemon and do some assertions on the state of the dagster system, then have the run succeed/fail, run an iteration of the backfill daemon and make some more assertions
