Expansion of warmup functionality.
Added new mode 'All Weapons'.
Added support for maps with various scenarios (maps with entities 'player_weaponstrip', 'game_player_equip', 'hostage_entity', 'monster_scientist' etc).
Minor bug fixes.
Fixed an overlay conflict with end of warmup message.
