Installation Notes:

Since the Thinkpad E450 core display can only support macOS 12, you need to use OpenCore Legacy Patcher to install Ventura

The installation steps are as follows:

1. After downloading EFI, rename config.plist to config.plist.bak, rename config-install.plist to config.plist
2. After normal installation, use OpenCore Legacy Patcher, select Post Install Root Patch
3. After restarting, rename config.plist to config-install.plist, and rename config.plist.bak to config.plist
4. Reboot again, video memory recovery
5. After disabling SIP, the update will be a full update, and OTA is not supported. Step 1 needs to be performed before each update, and steps 2, 3, and 4 will be performed after the update
