The corresponding PRs have been merged and tested, so they are queued for the next release Cypress 14.5.0:

This documentation PR could be merged into a version branch release/14.5.0 or left until Cypress 14.5.0 is released and then directly merged into the master branch.

This is currently failing in CI because it is referring to /app/references/changelog#14-5-0 which does not yet exist.

Since there hasn't been any response to the suggestion of creating a release branch, I am returning the PR to draft and I will wait for either a response or the release of 14.5.0.
