A task's container log was only persisted once resolve_task returned, so a failure jumped straight to the except handler and finish_task went out with no log_path. The adapter only relays logs when an event carries that pointer, so the log died with the temp work dir at exactly the moment someone needed it most. A cache hit never launches a container, so it had no log to persist and rendered as an unexplained empty pane. It now writes a short note saying it reused a result, prefixed [adagio] to mark it as the runner speaking rather than tool output that was never produced. _persist_task_log returns the persisted path instead of mutating an outcome, since the failure path has no TaskOutcome to mutate, and is wrapped so it can never raise while an exception is already in flight.

Release adagio-cli 0.1.1 with the reviewed task-log, QAPI metadata, and cache-timing changes from dev. The package version, lockfile, and changelog are prepared in #61.
Validation: 227 tests passed locally with one opt-in Docker test skipped; Ruff, distribution builds, and Twine metadata checks passed. Python 3.10/3.11/3.12 CI passed on the release-preparation tree. The promotion merge preserves that exact tree.
The matching hosted support is deployed in production and adapter-schemas 0.5.0 is published. After this merge, tag the main commit v0.1.1 to publish to PyPI, then release the dependent Server and Desktop packages.
