Wow, this looks way better.
I'm a noob with markdown. If the changes I've requested are a pain I don't mind ditching the table because the absence of it has the benefit of making updating the readme as easy as copy help from ammo / paste to the readme. I'm also fine with keeping it, but we need to keep those pipes preserved.

Just a basic touch up to the readme while I learn about the codebase. Best practices, and some small reorganizations
