good job！

有以下几个建议：

  1. changelog 脚本放到 packages/ 文件夹中， 因为他已经有自己的 package.json 了 作为一个包存在
  2. 除了英文版本 我们还需要一个中文版本， 可以看看有没有啥 api 可以翻译，在 changelog 页面展示的时候 先展示中文 在展示英文
  3. 没用的注释代码可以删除掉
