Add profile instructions update for current GitHub UX (#335)

* Added Tim Johns

* Updated the README for adding your profile to show more recent GitHub UX

I will need to follow up with the screen shots for opening the PR in a separate PR after deleting and recreating my fork because I did not have the foresight to take THOSE screenshots the first time through.
