CSS structure

The CSS folder- and file-structure is based on itcss. It is critical to understand and apply this Frontend architecture responsibly and conscientiously. That means allocating new files in the appropriate folder (layer) and keeping the specificity order sane.

Because we are using inuitcss, please obey its instructions thoroughly.
