Adding OpenUSD example

Hello,

I am attempting to migrate from version v0.40.2 to v0.40.5, but after the migration, I am encountering the following error:

CMake Error at build/_deps/openusd-src/cmake/defaults/Packages.cmake:254 (find_package):
  Could not find a configuration file for package "OpenSubdiv" that is
  compatible with requested version "3".

  The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:

    */examples/OpenUSD/build/CMakeFiles/pkgRedirects/opensubdiv-config.cmake, version: unknown

It seems like the issue might be due to missing version-related variables in the opensubdiv-version.cmake file. I tried adding variables like ${Name}_VERSION_COUNT, ${Name}_VERSION, ${Name}_VERSION_MAJOR, ${Name}_VERSION_MINOR, ${Name}_VERSION_PATCH, and also using PACKAGE instead of ${Name}, but that didn’t solve it.

I’m out of ideas on what might be causing this. If someone can point me in the right direction, I’d be happy to create a separate MR to fix it.
