This release contains fixes for the relayer-alpha-2 testnet which will likely be the final relayer testnet before Game of Zones. This testnet will ensure that the reciently added functionality and UX is working sufficiently. The Relayer will continue to be under development during this testnet.
This point release contains a fixes for the capabilities issues that were preventing chains from connecting to multiple other chains as well as a number of smaller issues. It also includes some significant internal refactors and bug fixes!
