Second batch of gpu stuff, mainly getting primitives working. I have pretty much a full rewrite of the draw code upcoming, so this is to get mostly everything mostly working again before the big main batch.
Moved primitives to gpu
fixed whatever primitive wrapping was before (though I'm just starting to unravel the madness that is the wrapping code)
Added draw depth for primitives
