Multithreaded-sim-and-render cleanup and improvements, but un-multithreaded again.

Adds interpolation for smooth slow motion, and cleans up a lotta legacy code. Also makes drawing significantly faster by avoiding unnecessary two-stage drawing to intermediate ColorMO map.

May close this PR and cherry-pick commits across instead, as it's pretty messy!

Fixed issue where the game would start rendering a new sim state before the update timer reset, leading to a visible judder

Whole bunch of very hacky fixes so that previous position is always updated.
