Unfortunately, the .length syntax appears to not be part of the Mustache spec and thus depend on the implementation. For instance, it looks like the Go implementation that I have installed doesn't know about it. The only general way of achieving the same is to add a boolean as part of the meta.yml to decide whether to show this section or not.
