noted add "exampleKey" "exampleContent" : add a note;
noted del "exampleKey" :del a note;
noted get "exampleKey" :get note;
noted append "exampleKey" :append;
Warning : when first using this cmd, u should mkdir "/var/lib/noteddata/" and change permission.
