@teslat I've decided to add this list to the library directly, as an override. However, a number of latin names differ from the list at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provinces_of_Algeria

The names for the following provinces are different: 04, 10, 11, 16, 26, 36, 42, 45
Some are just a matter of capitalization / accent, others seem to be misspelled. Can you check, and see whether any differences are intentional?
