feat: Publish icons 2026-01-08

What changed? Why?

This PR fixes issues with pencil and smartContract icons. Pencil was flipped for active state for all sizes and smartContract's path data field needed to be simplified alongside dropping fill rules (only on small size).

The visreg result seems to have some of our recent PR changes in there but the icon related changes look correct.
