  • File Exchange - all sorts of programs contributed by Matlab users.

  • export_fig - exports figures nicely to a number of vector & bitmap formats. Great for presentations, publications, and posters.

  • Chronux - an open-source software package for the analysis of neural data. Especially useful for multi-taper spectral analysis.

  • shadedErrorBar - a function to easily plot colored and transparent error bars.

  • Psychtoolbox - a package to design and run visual experiments.
