feature/progress chart improvements

• Add notifications and handler for reading progress changes to keep cards and drawer in sync
• Fix timezone handling in progress chart
• Add ui dialog to ask for start date when transitioning to "read" status and start date isn't set
• Prevent "set to 100%" dialog from opening when transforming to "did not finish" state
• Prevent "set to 100%" dialog from opening when transforming to "read" state and the book already has a 100% state set by the user
• Added state of possession indicator to the data model and frontend
• Fixed missing translation
• Add cart badge to book cards for books that have status to acquire
• Improved sort selector ui
• Added possession status to statistics page
