Monitor and Command Client for Particle Photon

This is a sample code demonstrating how to use Client and Message classes to allow a Particle Photon process to be a "client" to the ".NET/Mono/NETMF Monitor and Command" middleware available @ http://monitorandcommand.codeplex.com/
