Fade inactive session controls
…9701) * sessions: add setting to open single file diff from Changes view Introduce the `sessions.changes.openSingleFileDiff` setting. When enabled, clicking a file in the Changes view opens a single file diff editor instead of the multi file diff editor. The redundant "Open Changes" alt action on the inline toolbar is also hidden when the setting is on.
