-diff flag can be used to not rewrite the files but to print a diff

As of now, there is issue with installing grind, there is already a PR rsc/grind#13 ready to fix that issue, but that repo isn't active for a long time. So, we should mark this as status/blocked until that PR is merged, else our builds will go red again.

And once that is fixed, we should also propose it upstream in gometalinter , per #2596 , otherwise we need to manage the dependencies which is difficult for go.
