About the pull request

This is a second work for me, but its to also iron out any issues that may be present in Otogi and is also a test-map for more recent things that I don't want to implement into Otogi as of right now. Unlike Otogi, this features a mapsize you'd expect on the normal, while also having a lot of details. It's a bit modernized with some of its styles after learning more about mapping with Otogi as well. Features new things not present in Otogi such as the camera networks.

Explain why it's good for the game

Despite being a testing field, this map still has its own stuff to play with. A testing ground for a future map: Calliope Pass as well a any concerns with Otogi especially with its coding.

It's time to ride out the highway to hell
This is for primarily testing the Xeno AI with using lesser AREAS in coding.
Added: Supplementary Staff Dorms + synthetic; Enlarge Armory; Fuel Cells in both the Engineering Area and Fuel Depot.

Skeleton work added for future additions to the map.

Touch-Ups: Lighting fixed up with Operations, Engineering, and Fuel Depot; Fixed Barricades; Put some clutter items in the dormitory, holding, and medical. Ladders Work.
Turns out Powered APC's in SDMM don't act in the whole "+-25" stuff so fixed an APC that was over 25.
MAJOR CHANGE: Outside is now set to daytime

Touch Ups: Removed the engineering lockers and moved lockers that have 0 density and were on hallways. Replaced Research Shutters to start off CLOSED and button located in GM room likewise with all Gateway shutters.

Still looking at stuff:
- Maintenance Hall
- Possible increase to Ghost Town
- Map size increase
Putting Calliope into Evening Time
All things are now under light except the water, still working on that.
Waters all present themselves with no_overlays so that way they do not appear in pitch darkness. The reddish-brownish water in the fuel depot is now a darker-blackish water to show oil-like vision.

Dirt added to the fuel depot, pillboxes now have reinforced marine-accessed doors.
Used and updated an older version of the map.
