Adds UPPAC Naval Infantry AG80 pulse rifle. It's effectively a UPP M41A chambered in 10X23mm caseless, with a magazine capacity of 95.

Explain why it's good for the game

Lower damage (Than the Type 71), faster firing (Than the Type 71). Better for Human AI combat,
