Change
Replaced the "soft link" with actual files (only necessary files having size ~100 Mb only)
Motivation
When we submit the jobs then softlink is an issue. As the size is not too big so it should not be a problem to upload on the github. Furthermore I used the git LSF so it should be efficient.
