Fix presence bubble layout

Fix the presence bubble so avatars, status dot, role label, and cost spacing render cleanly in the Workshop header.

• Keep stacked avatars inside the presence bubble.
• Align the status dot and header spacing.
• Rename "App only" to "Gadget only".
