Bump the injected piggieback to 0.8.0 - #4211

piggieback 0.8.0 evaluates ClojureScript within the same dynamic environment cljs.repl does: the cljs-repl options such as :warnings take effect, and the bindings tools like figwheel-main establish around cljs-repl stay in effect for later evaluations (nrepl/piggieback#93). It also fixes :cljs/quit on nREPL 1.3+, which left the session in ClojureScript mode with the next evaluation failing against the torn-down runtime.

piggieback 0.8.0 fixes
:cljs/quitunder the nREPL 1.7 CIDER injects, where it left the session in ClojureScript mode with a torn-down runtime. It also keeps thecljs-reploptions and the bindings figwheel-main sets up around the REPL in effect for every evaluation.
