This updates the python2 package to 2.7.14 and properly links it against OpenSSL.
tlsssl is no longer required on 10.13 plus it must be built on the OS that you plan on deploying it to. Due to this limitation you can obtain the latest tlssl pkg that supports 10.12 from here.
