If you have Python installed

pythonw -m RemoveWindowsLockScreenAds --install

If you don't want to install Python, download the standalone installer, press WindowsKey+r, then paste and run

%USERPROFILE%\Downloads\RemoveWindowsLockScreenAds.noconsole.exe --install
