Make the preshared_key struct field use the same encoding as the public_key field, for ease of use.
Pre-shared keys allow using an additional layer of authentication to establish more secure WireGuard tunnels. Update the `WireGuard::begin` methods to accept an optional `presharedKey` parameter and populate the underlying `wireguardif_peer` struct with the provided PSK.

These changes update the
WireGuard::beginmethods to accept an optionalpresharedKeyparameter.In addition, the code has been updated to support Arduino core version 3,x, incorporating changes by @martinusGH and @pierrejay.
