abuseipdb-reporter.py 0.5.0

- add diagnostic logger function for troubleshooting issues and save log to /var/log/abuseipdb-detailed.log which is auto rotated after 5x 10MB logs max
- update is_log_file_valid JSON log function to fix issues with invalid JSON format detections overwriting log files
