This production release adds support for optional RGGB bayer pattern (via ASCOM options).
ASCOM defines the bayer pattern of images as RGGB (fixed), but SBIG cameras produce BGGR. SBIG-aware applications expect BGGR so the default remains BGGR.
If RGGB is needed (e.g. if the client application expects ASCOM to be adhered to), it can be changed in the ASCOM options of the camera (for all imaging cameras, not for guiding camera of the STT).

All issues have been resolved apart from an interference pattern with one camera during COM transfer which is still under investigation.
