What is the PMT?

The Project Management Tool (PMT) is a web-based collaborative tool for project management and bug-tracking. Its purpose is two fold:

to facilitate the management of projects across multiple physically separate offices, enforcing basic bug life cycles and providing managers with a convenient overview of the progress of their projects;
to facilitate the management of client interactions and interventions. Using the PMT reports, we are able to accurately compile project and client statistics.

This wiki is the documentation on the PMT for end users only.
