Công cụ này đọc các tệp video và audio rồi tự động tạo phụ đề cho chúng (với bất kỳ ngôn ngữ nào được khung OpenAI Whisper hỗ trợ).

Công cụ còn dịch phụ đề sang nhiều ngôn ngữ (mặc định là tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh). Tệp phụ đề Bính âm cũng được tạo cho những người học tiếng Trung.

Để sử dụng:

1. Tải tập tin transcript.zip xuống
2. Giải nén
3. Chạy Transcribe.exe
4. Sao chép các tập tin âm thanh và video vào thư mục downloads. Đợi nó chạy xong, thì đấy, subs sẽ chứa các substile được tạo
5. Sử dụng trình phát đa phương tiện có cho phép hiển thị tinh tế (VLC Player, MX Player, v.v.) để thưởng thức

This tool reads video files and generates the subtitles for them automatically (with any language supported by OpenAI Whisper framework).

It also translates the subtitles into many languages (defaults are Vietnamese and English). A Pinyin subtitle file is generated too, for those who study Chinese.

To use:

1. Download the transcript.zip file
2. Unzip
3. Run transcribe.exe
4. Copy the audio and video files to downloads folder. Wait for it to finish, then voila, the subs will contain the generated substiles
5. Use a media player with allows displaying subtle (VLC Player, MX Player, etc.) to enjoy
