…rface Both "camera" and "audio-record" have no interface-specific constraints, so make the `InterfaceSpecificConstraintsCamera` into a common `InterfaceSpecificConstraintsEmpty` which can be used by "camera", "audio-record", and future interfaces which also have no interface-specific constraints.
