It says "remote: Permission to calblueprint/ace-ny.git denied to nehaahussain" when I try pushing to this branch. I'll figure out this problem soon. The code in this PR are basically my latest changes — except removing a comment, import, and the change in texts.ts which I couldn't do cuz of the git problem.

Here are the tags we need for the KDMs.

NYISO queue entered
This means a project has submitted a formal request to be studied for possible connection to the NYS power grid. Projects may also connect to the grid without this step at a lower voltage.

Permit applied for:
This means a project has submitted its application to the NY Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) for its primary environmental review.

Permit issued:
This means a project has been issued its final permit by the NY Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES)

IA tendered:
This means the project has completed all interconnection studies and has been offered an interconnection contract with the NYS grid.

Operations begun:
The project is operational, delivering power to the NYS grid.

COD:
The date on which the project begins delivering power.

Proposed and Operational
Proposed: The project is still in the planning stages and has not begun delivering power.
Operational: The project has been built and delivers power to the NYS grid.

@itsliterallymonique Are we still changing the color of the keywords for the infohovers? If so, what are the keywords?

also um could u check if i still have access to this repository lol... it says i dont have permission anymore so i cant push. i didnt change anything with my settings so just wanna check first before i fix my settings
