We noticed that the CST logo looked blurry on high DPI displays (such as Retina) and the reason was that the original pngs had sizes of 52x36 (small) and 148x72 (large). This PR updates the CST logo to double the pixel size, 104x72 (small) and 296x144 (large), so that the logo looks more crisp while still maintaining a small file size.
