GH207: Return CakeException.ExitCode from the generated host - #215

- Exit via Cake.Cli ExceptionLogger.LogException instead of Environment.Exit(1) so CakeException.ExitCode is honored.
- Pass a null ICakeLog so the handler does not re-enter ServiceProvider under _providerLock.
- Refresh RegisterExceptionHandlers generator snapshots.
